APPLICATION
Apply a small amount of the balm to the pads and then gently fix the lashes using your usual tool: brush, cotton swab, multifunctional tool, Y-tool, etc. The soft and smooth texture of the balm makes it easy to separate and align the lashes in the desired direction. If you apply too much product, remove the residue with a lip brush or a cotton swab. Once the balm is dry, the first lotion is applied.
